How to cancel or amend your booking depends on your booking method, and terms vary. If you booked directly on the hotellayer website, please get in touch with us via Live Chat to make the change and it also depends with hotel you are making a booking with if the hotel allows cancellations or changes Chat Us

Yes, you can - and it's always worth checking your payment method after booking. Once you've made a booking you will receive an email from our system , with information on how to log into the “portal'. From here, you can update your payment details. Alternatively, click here to manage your details by sending the 'magic link' to the email address used to make the booking

3.1 

We’d love you to stay longer (as long as we have the space). At most of our locations, there's no limit to how long you can stay with us.Note that booking extensions will be counted as a separate booking, so while we'll try our best to keep you in the same apartment for your whole stay, sometimes it might not be possible because another customer might have booked the room in advance

It's always best to book your whole stay in advance if you can, If you're currently staying at one of properties, please contact us via Live Chat to extend your booking.

4.1 

Standard check in: The standard check in time for the hotel you are booking with is always display online from the search results.The front desks in the hotel are manned 24/7, so you can arrive at any time after this. If you're planning to arrive later than time displayed by the hotel, please let us know in advance, as a House Host may need to unlock the main doors for you.  

4.2  

Early check in: If you'd like to get the keys a little earlier, early check is available for an additional fee of N14.000 / £10/ 13USD , subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, book your early check in when making the booking. If requested closer to arrival, we recommend checking with the property at least 48 hours before arrival .This can be booked through Live Chat.

If you've booked an early check-in, you'll have access to your apartment from the time you have chosen or you selected on our system If not, you can add this to your booking for N14.000/£10  / 13 USD This can be booked through our Live Chat below: Live chat
